Note: For charter services outside of the hours 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, an additional nighttime surcharge of ¥2,000 per hour will apply.
Q1: How will I receive the driver’s information before departure?
We will contact you one day before your trip via LINE, WhatsApp, or WeChat.
If we are unable to reach you through these platforms, we will send the details by email instead.
Please make sure to check your notifications regularly before your trip.
Q2: Do I need to pay for the driver’s meals or tips?
No, you do not need to pay for the driver’s meals.
Tips are not included in the total fee.
In Japan, tipping is generally not required, but you may offer a tip at your discretion if you are satisfied with the service.
Q3: How many people can fit in one vehicle?
4-seater vehicle: 5 people (including the driver)
9-seater vehicle: 10 people (including the driver)
According to Japanese traffic regulations, three children under 12 years old are counted as two adults.
Example: For a group of 7 adults and 3 children (ages 4, 6, and 12),
the 3 children count as 2 passengers, so a 9-seater vehicle can be used.
Q4: Can we eat or drink inside the car?
In general, only water is allowed in the vehicle.
If you need to eat during the trip, please ask the driver for permission first.
Q5: Do I need to pay for fuel?
No, fuel costs are already included in the charter fee— you don’t need to pay extra.
Q6: How can I communicate with a Japanese-speaking driver?
Most of our drivers are equipped with translation devices, so simple communication is not a problem. If you encounter any issues, please contact our charter service team directly— we’ll assist you right away.
Q7: Are child seats mandatory?
According to Japanese traffic laws, children using buses, taxis, or chartered vehicles are not required to use child seats.
Q8: Can I see photos of the vehicles?
Yes. We can provide sample vehicle photos for your reference.
Please note that the actual vehicle may vary depending on the assignment for the day.
How many pieces of luggage can one vehicle hold?
Based on 28-inch suitcases as shown in the diagram:
4-seater vehicle: can hold 2 pieces of luggage
9-seater vehicle: can hold 8 pieces of luggage
If one person is reduced, one extra piece of luggage can be added.
Please accurately fill in the number of suitcases when booking to help us arrange the appropriate vehicle.
If the luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, guests will need to handle the transportation of excess luggage on their own.

The following items are included in the charter service fee:
Taxes, driver labor cost, vehicle usage fee,vehicle and passenger insurance,fuel cost,driver’s meal and basic gratuity

Any such expenses incurred during the trip should be paid directly to the driver on the day of service.
Our Okinawa-based Japanese drivers are fully licensed and experienced, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey for you, your family, and friends.
We also provide Chinese language support via remote audio service for your convenience.
If you wish to visit specific attractions or participate in certain activities, feel free to consult us for customized itinerary planning.
For guests who prefer a more in-depth experience, we can arrange a licensed Chinese-speaking tour guide to accompany you throughout the trip.
► Personalized Service
If you are concerned about language barriers, we can provide a qualified Chinese-speaking tour guide for interpretation and guided commentary.
The guide fee is ¥25,000 per day (within 10 hours). Overtime is charged at ¥3,000 per additional hour.(Please inform our staff in advance if you wish to book this service.)
► Important Notes for Private Car Service
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
Please keep the vehicle clean. A cleaning fee of ¥2,000–¥10,000 will be charged if drinks are spilled or vomiting occurs in the car.
All vehicles are operated by Japanese professional drivers. If you experience communication issues, please contact our office during business hours for assistance— our Chinese-speaking staff will help translate.
Charter time begins from the scheduled departure time. If the customer is late, the waiting time will still be counted as part of the charter duration.
If the itinerary or stay duration changes and causes overtime, the additional cost must be paid directly to the driver on the same day.
Overtime fees:
4-seater vehicle: ¥3,000 per 30 minutes
9-seater vehicle: ¥4,000 per 30 minutes
If the customer ends the trip earlier than scheduled, the total fee remains unchanged and is non-refundable.
► Important Notes for Bus Charter
Smoking is strictly prohibited on board, including electronic or vaporized alternatives.
To maintain a pleasant environment, please refrain from eating food with strong odors inside the bus.
Passengers using wheelchairs or mobility aids are welcome; however, advance notice and the presence of an accompanying caregiver are required.
Please note that prices may change due to factors such as traffic, restaurant availability, entrance fees, or other operational costs.
If you cancel after booking, cancellation fees will apply.
A cleaning fee of ¥2,000–¥10,000 may apply if the vehicle interior requires special cleaning due to spillage or vomiting.
Overtime fee for large buses: ¥12,000 per hour, payable directly to the driver.
► Cancellation Policy
If the customer delays departure or ends the trip early for personal reasons, the full booking fee still applies — no refund will be issued.
For no-shows or unannounced cancellations, 100% of the total booking fee will be charged.
Any refund-related transaction fees will be borne by the customer.
Private Car Cancellation Fees:
50% of total fee if canceled within 7 days before the trip.
100% of total fee if canceled on the day of service.
Bus Cancellation Fees:
50% of total fee if canceled within 14 days before the trip.
100% of total fee if canceled within 3 days before the trip.

In accordance with Japanese transport regulations, all vehicles used for charter services are officially licensed (green license plates).
All drivers are Japanese professionals with more than 5 years of driving experience, duly registered under official operation records.
As part of our company’s commitment to safety and integrity, we guarantee that no illegal or unlicensed vehicles will be used for any of our services.
