► After placing your order, our staff will contact you via the social media account linked in your reservation to collect the following information:

Full name in both Chinese and English for airport pickup signage

Hotel information (hotel name / address / phone number)

Child seat requirements (if needed, please specify the quantity)

Please make sure to select the correct pickup/drop-off zone package during booking. Otherwise, you may be asked to pay the fare difference later.

Do I need to pay for the driver’s meal and tip?

You do not need to pay for the driver’s meal.

Tips are not included in the fee.

In general, tipping is not customary in Japan, but you may choose to tip the driver at your discretion.

 

How many passengers can each vehicle accommodate?

4-seater vehicle: 5 people (including the driver)

6-seater vehicle: 7 people (including the driver)

9-seater vehicle: 10 people (including the driver)

 

Is eating and drinking allowed in the car?

Generally, only drinking water is allowed inside the vehicle.

If you must eat or drink, please ask the driver for permission first.

 

Do I need to pay for fuel?

Fuel costs are included in the total fee, so please don’t worry.

 

How can I communicate with a Japanese-speaking driver?

Most drivers are equipped with a translation device, so basic communication will not be a problem.

If you encounter any communication issues, please contact our charter service specialist directly.

 

Do children need to use a car seat?

According to Japanese traffic laws, children are not required to use car seats when riding in buses, taxis, or charter vehicles.

How much luggage can each vehicle hold?

Luggage capacity is based on standard 28-inch suitcases:

  • 4-seater: 2 suitcases

  • 6-seater: 4 suitcases

  • 9-seater: 8 suitcases

If you reduce 1 passenger, you can bring 1 extra suitcase.

Please accurately report your luggage count when booking.
If your luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, you will be responsible for arranging extra luggage transportation.

► Cancellation Policy

If the customer delays departure or ends the trip early for any reason, the fee will still be charged based on the original scheduled time. No refund will be issued.

For same-day cancellations or cancellations made within 7 days before the activity, a cancellation fee will apply according to the following policy.

No-shows or unnoticed cancellations will be charged 100% of the total booking fee. Refund-related transaction fees (if any) will be borne by the customer.

Vehicle options include 4-seater, 6-seater, and 9-seater models. Please select the appropriate vehicle based on number of passengers and luggage.

Please adhere to your reserved service time. If a timeout occurs, the Japanese driver may charge an overtime fee on-site.

► Important Notes

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
Please keep the vehicle clean. A cleaning fee of ¥2,000–¥10,000 will be charged if drinks are spilled or vomiting occurs in the car.
All vehicles are operated by Japanese professional drivers. If you experience communication issues, please contact our office during business hours for assistance— our multi-language-speaking staff will help translate.
Charter time begins from the scheduled departure time. If the customer is late, the waiting time will still be counted as part of the charter duration.
If the itinerary or stay duration changes and causes overtime, the additional cost must be paid directly to the driver on the same day.
Overtime fees: 4-seater vehicle: ¥3,000 per 30 min 9-seater vehicle: ¥4,000 per 30 minutes
If the customer ends the trip earlier than scheduled, the total fee remains unchanged and is non-refundable.
