Q: How will I receive the driver’s contact information before the trip?

We will contact you one day before your trip via LINE, WhatsApp, or WeChat.

If we are unable to reach you through these apps, we will send the details by email.

Please make sure to check your message notifications in advance.

 

Q: Do I need to pay for the driver’s meals or tips?

No, you don’t need to pay for the driver’s meals.

Tips are not included in the service fee.

In Japan, tipping is generally not required, but you may give a tip at your discretion if you wish to show appreciation.

 

Q: Can I eat or drink inside the car?

In general, only water is allowed inside the vehicle.

If you need to eat or drink during the trip, please ask the driver for permission first.

 

Q: Do I need to pay for fuel?

No, the fuel cost is already included in the charter fee — no extra charge required.

 

Q: How is the empty-car fee charged for remote areas?

If the starting point or ending point of your trip is in Onna Village, an empty-car fee of JPY 1,000 (one way) will be charged.
If the starting or ending point is in areas north of Nago, an empty-car fee of JPY 2,000 (one way) will apply.

Examples

1. Onna Village → Tour → Naha
An empty-car fee of JPY 1,000 will be charged.

2. Onna Village → Tour → Nago
The empty-car fee will be JPY 1,000 + JPY 2,000 = JPY 3,000.

3. Naha → Tour → Chatan (American Village area)
No empty-car fee will be charged.

 

Q: Are child seats mandatory?

According to Japanese traffic regulations, children traveling in buses, taxis, or chartered vehicles are not required to use child seats.

 

Q: Are there any photos of the vehicles?

Yes! We provide sample vehicle images for your reference.

Please note that the actual vehicle may vary depending on the car assigned on the day.

How many pieces of luggage can one vehicle hold?

Based on 28-inch suitcases as shown in the diagram:

4-seater vehicle: can hold 2 pieces of luggage

6-seater vehicle: can hold 4 pieces of luggage

9-seater vehicle: can hold 8 pieces of luggage

If one person is reduced, one extra piece of luggage can be added.

Please accurately fill in the number of suitcases when booking to help us arrange the appropriate vehicle.

If the luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, guests will need to handle the transportation of excess luggage on their own.

Taxes, driver’s labor cost, vehicle usage fee, passenger and vehicle insurance, fuel fee, driver’s meal, and tips.
※ Entrance fees to tourist attractions are not included.
※ If using toll roads or paid parking, please pay the actual fees directly to the driver on-site.

The daily rate for up to 10 hours is 20,000 JPY per day (including meals).
Overtime is 3,000 JPY per hour. (Please inform customer service in advance.)

► Notes

・Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
・Please keep the vehicle clean. In case of spills, vomiting, or other issues that cause inconvenience to the driver, a cleaning fee of 2,000–10,000 JPY will be charged.
・This service is provided by Japanese drivers. If communication becomes difficult, please contact our office during business hours — our Chinese-speaking staff will assist you.
・Charter time starts from the scheduled departure time. If the customer does not show up at the designated time, the time will still be counted as part of the rental period.
・If you extend your trip or change the itinerary resulting in overtime, please pay the additional charge directly to the driver.
・Overtime charge for large 9-seater vehicles: 6,000 JPY/hour.
・For services outside the hours of 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, an additional night service fee of 2,000 JPY/hour will apply.
・If customers end the trip early by choice, the full original fare still applies and no refund will be given.

► Cancellation Policy

‧ For any reason, if customers delay departure or end the trip early, the fee will still be calculated based on the original booking time.
‧ Cancellations made on the day of travel or within 7 days before the trip will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
‧ No-shows without prior notice will also be charged the full amount, and any refund-related transaction fees will be borne by the customer.
