Do I need to pay for the driver’s meal and tip?

You do not need to pay for the driver’s meal.

Tips are not included in the fee.

In general, tipping is not customary in Japan, but you may choose to tip the driver at your discretion.

 

How many passengers can each vehicle accommodate?

4-seater vehicle: 5 people (including the driver)

6-seater vehicle: 7 people (including the driver)

9-seater vehicle: 10 people (including the driver)

 

Is eating and drinking allowed in the car?

Generally, only drinking water is allowed inside the vehicle.

If you must eat or drink, please ask the driver for permission first.

 

Do I need to pay for fuel?

Fuel costs are included in the total fee, so please don’t worry.

 

Do children need to use a car seat?

According to Japanese traffic laws, children are not required to use car seats when riding in buses, taxis, or charter vehicles.

How many pieces of luggage can one vehicle hold?

Based on 28-inch suitcases as shown in the diagram:

4-seater vehicle: can hold 2 pieces of luggage

6-seater vehicle: can hold 4 pieces of luggage

9-seater vehicle: can hold 8 pieces of luggage

If one person is reduced, one extra piece of luggage can be added.

Please accurately fill in the number of suitcases when booking to help us arrange the appropriate vehicle.

If the luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, guests will need to handle the transportation of excess luggage on their own.

► Cancellation Policy

‧If, for any reason, the customer chooses to delay departure or end the trip early on the day of service, the full fee will still be charged based on the original booking time. No refund will be issued.

‧If the cruise departs but is unable to dock due to weather conditions, the booking can be canceled free of charge.

‧Cancellations made on the same day or within 7 days before the scheduled service date will incur cancellation fees according to the following policy.

‧No-shows or cancellations without prior notice will be charged the full booking amount, and any bank or transaction fees for refunds will be borne by the customer.

‧Vehicle options include 4-seater, 6-seater, and 9-seater models. Please select your vehicle type based on the number of passengers and luggage.

‧Please adhere to the reserved service hours. In case of overtime,  drivers may collect overtime fees on-site in cash.

► Important Notes

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
• Please keep the vehicle clean. If drinks are spilled, or if vomiting occurs and causes inconvenience to the driver, a cleaning fee of JPY 2,000–10,000 will be charged.
• If your trip exceeds the scheduled time due to extended stops or itinerary changes, the additional cost must be paid by the customer directly to the driver on the day.
• Overtime fees:4-passenger charter: JPY 2,000 / 30 min，5–6 passenger charter: JPY 2,500 / 30 min，9-passenger charter: JPY 3,000 / 30 min.
• For services outside 7:00 AM–9:00 PM, an additional overtime surcharge of JPY 2,000 per hour will be applied.
• If customers end the trip earlier than the scheduled time, the fee will still be charged based on the original booking duration, and no refund will be provided.
